FAULTY OR MISSING ITEM?

We strive to resolve any issues related to faulty or missing items promptly. Upon discovering a fault or missing item, please reach out to us using the contact information provided on the Contact Us page. When contacting us, please provide the following details:

  • Order number: This will help us identify your order and expedite the resolution process.

  • Product name of the faulty item: Clearly specify the name of the product that is faulty.

  • Description and image of the fault: Provide a detailed description of the defect or damage and attach an image showcasing the issue.

Your prompt action and detailed information will help us investigate the matter effectively and address your concerns promptly. We appreciate your cooperation in resolving any issues related to your order.

RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?

We strive to ensure your orders are accurately fulfilled, but if you've received an incorrect item, we're here to help. Please fill out the delivery note and clearly indicate that you've received the wrong item then kindly return it to us. We aim to either send you the correct item or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. If you have any questions, please just Contact Us.

BLACK FRIDAY and free PROMOTION items - TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Free items are provided as part of a promotional offer and have no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for any cash alternative.

  2. Free items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances, unless they are found to be faulty.

    • This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  3. If you return any part of a qualifying order, we reserve the right to:

    • Request the return of any associated free item, or

    • Deduct the retail value of the free item from any refund due.

  4. In the event that a free item arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide a like-for-like replacement where possible.

    • Free items cannot be refunded even if a replacement is unavailable.

  5. We reserve the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute free items at any time during the promotional period.
